1. Parties and Definitions
This agreement is made between [Emkel Group Tourism Organization Logistics Import Export Ltd. Şti (hereafter referred to as "Emkel Travel")] and the individual who makes a reservation or on whose behalf a reservation is made through the website, mobile application, or call center (hereafter referred to as "Passenger").

2. Subject and Scope of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement; within the borders of Turkey, ensuring transfer service from the airport to the address or vice versa as designated by the Passenger, with specified vehicles, and determining the terms and financial obligations of this service.
3. Payment, Invoicing, and Pricing Policy
• Collection of Payment: The service fee (including VAT) is collected during reservation via secure payment infrastructure using credit or debit cards.
• Approval and Acceptance: The Passenger is deemed to have accepted all written terms of this agreement electronically upon completing the payment.
• Issuance of Invoice: The invoice for the purchased service is issued in compliance with the Tax Procedure Law, no later than 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Right to Price Change: Emkel Travel reserves the right to modify pricing packages due to periodic cost increases, fuel price hikes, or changes in official tax rates. However, the price of reservations already purchased and paid by the Passenger cannot be changed.
4. Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Conditions
• Reservation Deadlines: For proper planning, reservations must be completed at least 6 hours before the transfer time on normal days; and at least 24 hours before on religious/national holidays, New Year, and official holidays.
• Cancellation and Full Refund: The Passenger has the right to cancel the reservation up to 12 hours before the transfer time. Full refund is granted for cancellations within this period.
• Late Cancellation and No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the transfer time or if the Passenger is not at the transfer point at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
5. Transportation and Extra Service Rules
• Legal Responsibilities: The Passenger is obliged to comply with the Highway Traffic Law and relevant legislation during the journey, wear seat belts, and adhere to in-vehicle safety rules.
• Baggage Rules: The Passenger must comply with the baggage capacity specified during reservation. Dangerous, illegal, flammable, or materials that could damage the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Baby/Child Seat: It is mandatory to specify requests for baby or child seats during reservation in accordance with legal safety rules. Last-minute requests are subject to operational feasibility.
• Transportation of Pets: Pet transfers are only accepted if notified during reservation and the pet is placed in a standard-compliant enclosed carrier/cage.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
• Force Majeure: Emkel Travel shall not be responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as weather conditions, traffic accidents, road closures, strikes, or sudden technical failures unrelated to the Company.
• Delay Situations: In cases of flight delays from airlines, the Passenger is required to notify the Company about the current status. The Company reserves the right to wait for the vehicle or assign the first available suitable vehicle based on operational capacity.
7. KVKK (Personal Data Protection)
Emkel Travel processes the personal data obtained from the Passenger, including name, surname, phone number, email, Turkish ID number, and location, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. This data is only used to safely perform transfer services, billing, and fulfill legal obligations; it is not shared with third parties.
8. Jurisdiction of Courts
Any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
